ABOUT COACHINHEAD

Image
My name is Hans Blücher and I'm the creator of Coachinhead. The goal is to provide psychological expertise in an educational way that gives you practical tools.  We can meet by phone or video meeting. My hourly rate is 1150 SEK/hour and session lasts 45-60 min.

Who am I?

I live in Gothenburg, am married and have three children of my own and two bonus children. I devote a lot of my time to physical and mental training.

My Knowledge

20 years as a Licensed Psychologist. Certified Cognitive Behavior Coach, Mindfulness Instructor & Meditation Teacher.

At Coachinhead I mainly work with psychological treatment, counselling, mental training and psychological coaching. Organizational and social work environment and performance at individual, group and organizational level are areas that are within my area of expertise.

From 2006 to 2016 I worked at Volvo AB at individual, team and organizational level. Mapping and developing the organization's performance was what I worked with the most. For the last two years, I was the leader of a global expert group in psychosocial work environment & health.

I am certified as a mindfulness instructor and mindfulness-based cognitive behavior coach. My own meditation development started in 2003 and for the last 4 years I have deepened my practice especially in samatha/vipassana. I am part of a collective of meditation teachers who practice and teach in different traditions and styles. I also participate in the project Collaborative Dharma (link) which among other things offers meditation groups.
